Shipping and Returns

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are only currently shipping within the United Kingdom.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 business hours of processing your order. 

Nu-Clear LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damaged & Lost Shipping

Nu-Clear LTD is not liable for any products damaged, missing, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges regardless of circumstance. If an item is detective or broken, please email contact@nuclearskin.co.uk with videos/pictures so we may contact the company, however, we cannot guarantee they will be able to assist. Nu-Clear LTD cannot be held responsible for any defective or broken items.

If your shipment is missing or lost, there is nothing that Nu-Clear LTD and its associates can do once it has left our facility. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. Please contact the selected carrier for assistance and/or to submit a claim. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy 

Return Eligibility: We can only accept returns for damaged goods that have not been opened. Return requests must be submitted via email to contact@nuclearskin.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Damaged & Lost Shipments

Nu-Clear Ltd is not liable for any products that are damaged, missing, or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods as evidence before proceeding with the claim.

If you receive a defective or broken item, please email contact@nuclearskin.co.uk with pictures or videos of the damage. While we will contact the manufacturer for support, we cannot guarantee they will provide assistance.

 

Lost or Missing Shipments

Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or missing items. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve any issues or to file a claim. Nu-Clear Ltd and its associates cannot be held accountable for lost packages after they are shipped.


Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit for returned items.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Returns must be sent via tracked postage; the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Items received outside the 10-day window will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please email contact@nuclearskin.co.uk within 10 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your email, we will authorise the return and provide instructions.

Note: We do not accept returns for items due to a change of mind. Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before completing the transaction.
